FAQ
Can I cancel a lock early?
Only through the exit hatches you enabled before starting: a 15-minute cooldown, partner approval or the typing challenge. With all three off, the lock holds until the timer ends.
Will I miss emergency calls?
No. Phone, Messages and Maps are always allowed, and your phone's emergency calling is never touched.
Why does the app need Screen Time / Accessibility access?
It's the only way to shield apps. It's used strictly to show the shield screen — see our Privacy Policy.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is stored on your device.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app or clear its storage. Nothing is kept on our side.
