Terms of Service

When you start a lock session, the shielded apps stay blocked until the timer ends or you complete an exit hatch you enabled (cooldown, partner approval or typing challenge). If you disable every exit hatch, there is no way to end the session early inside the app. You choose this voluntarily.

• Phone, Messages and Maps can never be blocked by any profile.
• Emergency calling provided by your phone's operating system is never affected.
• You can always remove the app's permissions in your phone's system settings.

focuss is a self-control tool. It is not a treatment for addiction or any medical condition, and must not be relied on for parental supervision of a child's safety.

Partners act on your behalf at your request. We are not responsible for a partner's decisions to approve or deny an unlock.

If you downloaded focuss from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed notifications, lost time or other indirect damages arising from a lock session.
